Jack was incredibly nice and spent over an hour with us during our first visit. However, it was rather difficult to get a hold of him after that, and it was a few weeks until we heard anything about the process after that first meeting. After the process started we never interacted with Jack beyond the form emails and videos. While not displeased with our outcome, the office could do a better job of communicating with clients.
