Before we met Jack Ma, we had been working with another lending company that was dragging their feet and taking a long time. Jack Ma was a pleasure to work with during our very hectic relocation from Ohio to New Jersey. I was still living in OH while trying to secure the mortgage on a new house in NJ, and he was very accommodating and responsive with phone calls and emails even after hours. Jack really went far & beyond for us. As first time buyers, he was always very clear & helpful. Jack was constantly available answering questions & sharing ideas.
