Jack was incredibly helpful throughout our process. We were purchasing a second home and compared to our first mortgage experience w BofA (on our primary property), Jack was night and day better. Jack is a true professional all around. He made the experience very simple and stress-free. He communicated with all parties involved and everyone involved knew him (even my home insurance broker) and had wonderful things to say about him and assured me this deal would have no issues since Jack is involved.
