Jack's Glass installed our viewing windows and mirrors at Rapture Dance Company back in March of 2016 and it was a great experience! Everyone is professional and so willing to be sure their customers are satisfied. They also continue to remember us and be sure we are still satisfied each time we come back for their products to clean our mirrors and windows. They’re a great company to work with; always professional, and always working to be sure you’re a satisfied customer!
After I posted my review, I received a due date from Jack's of the 8th of June. They met that date AND the complex piece of glass I ordered with a paper template fits perfectly. I feel this warrants a 3 star rather than a one star review. Customer service experience was definitely lacking, but I could now make a recommendation of Jack's Glass to a friend. Quick fast dependable and friendly. Showed up at 3pm to have my S4 Windshield replaced and I was out by 430pm. Great staff!
