The staff are professional but friendly and have a great sense of humor. Love the instructions on taking care of the windshield which include lyrics from a Jim Croce song... If you look at the price for materials, which they have to pay for and the cost of labor, it's more than reasonable. Thank You again for another great experience!

Would 100% recommend Jacks Glass for residential replacement windows. The quality of both the product and service is top notch. Jim, Eddy and Robbie were my technicians and did an amazing job. They were on time, efficient and treated my home with respect. Bill kept me updated throughout the entire process and was quick to answer any question or concern. They exhibited the type of customer service that every other company seems to lack these days. 10/10 on every level!!

Not only do I call on Jack's if it breaks or cracks, I have asked them to do a couple out of the box projects. One required some additional work, and they reworked the project quickly and it is beautiful. I highly recommend them for all your glass needs. Thanks Jack's!!!!
