Brian came out to review the work needed. He was very informative, answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable quote. His son Zach did all the work. Hard working professional. Explained all of what he was doing. Gave me some recommendations. A pleasure to do business with. I was very impressed and more that pleased with the end results. Thanks Zach.

This is the 2nd time we have used Brian & Son's to clean our roof & chimney of mold. First time was 10/2017 and again 9/2023. The communication from start to finish both times was excellent. You know exactly what to expect, the price is fair, they are honest & trustworthy and they do such a great job. You can tell they really care about how they do business and how they perform the job. Do not hesitate to call them, you will not be disappointed.
Did the roof (algae stains/moss), siding (dirt and mold), and porch/small decks. 6 years after the Jackson’s did it the first time. Gentle application of chemicals, then a careful rinse everywhere. Due respect paid to garden beds (pre-wetting, post-spraying, careful walking). Enjoyable chats with Zach who informed me of a roof-prolonging service we shall seek next time. We got what we paid for.

Brian sprayed my roof about 10 years ago. It worked well and 10 years later some mold returned so I needed another roof spray. Upon visiting his website, I saw his company also re-sands and seals pavers used for patios and walkways. I have 2 patios, 1 firepit, 2 walkways and two landings at the bottom of my deck stairs. The existing sand had washed away in many areas. Mold had gown on the sand between the pavers. It really looked horrible.
