Ron does and awesome job and goes the extra mile. It was nice to work with him to find my wife's wedding set.
My husband bought my engagement here, and it is beautiful. I was very disappointed with the customer service here, however, when browsing for wedding band options. The salesman I spoke to was trying to encourage me to select diamonds on my wedding band. At one point I expressed that I thought I would prefer a solid rose gold band to which he said, “but aren’t you worth it?” (referring to the diamond band). It is safe to say we took our business elsewhere following this.

The special you are running is disgusting, especially because it comes just 40 days after two US mass shootings!! Use better judgement and think!!
Poor service and quality of work. Being a returning customer I was severely disappointed in their lack of care to explain the options to repair a piece of jewelry that although may have looked cheap to them is priceless to me. They "fixed" the broken ring poorly in such a way that lasted a mere 3 months before breaking again and charged me $60 for the work that probably took them 5 minutes. Even my coworkers and friends thought the repair looked shoddy.

Went in to get a ring ordered so I could see it in person they never called me, wouldn't go there again.
