Very personable, patient-centric Dental practice. Thorough, professional, responsive service!! Dr. Aaro and his Team helped me navigate through root canal gone bad in about as seamless of a transition as possible.
I had a tooth that I needed to get extracted. I had an appointment with another dentist office but it was gonna be over a month wait. I could not wait a month in the conditions I was in. So I checked in with Jacksonville Emergency Family Dental and was able to have the procedure done within a week. They took the time to explain the procedure and the pluses and minuses of having the extraction. It went smoothly. It was a little more $$$ than I had expected but was so glad be out of the pain the tooth was causing.
I guess you can say I have a slight fear of the dentist from past experiences....but these people are awesome! They are so nice and Ahmed was great at explaining ever step which I truly appreciate! The Dr was also very informative and nice. Highly recommend this place the prices are great also!! Thank you guys!
The dentist at the Arlington location was amazing I didn't feel anything when he pulled one of my wisdom and a baby tooth out. He talked me through everything. He was so good nobody is getting in my mouth but him. Thank you Dr. for making me feel better and they get you in fast. I went in crying 😢 😭 and left with a big smile on my face 😁
I went for their 8am walk-ins for my bad toothache. They were lovely, all of them kind and friendly. The front desk makes the paperwork and payment straightforward. The assistant I mostly spoke with (I think her name was Jennifer) was awesome! Just a super cool person. And the dentist Aaron spoke very calmly and confidently, he knew his stuff, and that always helps ease the nerves of a dentist trip.
