RecommendedThankful that they are located on the Northside and open on Saturday. Had a very painful toothache and called Jacksonville Emergency Dental and they said come in. They when over and above to find my insurance company, which I had the wrong card. They were very friendly and considerably. I recommend this facility to anyone who is having toothache problems on the weekend.

I have been in intense wisdom tooth pain for quite some time now, and was terrified of dentists, but finally couldn’t take it anymore. I came to Dunn Ave location, as a walk-in at 8:15am. They took me back, did X-rays quickly & I had 2 top wisdom teeth out within 45 minutes. Dr. Frazier made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Very gentle & talked me through it. Thank you Jax Emergency dental, including the assistants & front office.
Over the course of the last 6 months I have had full mouth extractions and full plates made at the Dunn Ave. Jax location. They gave me nitrous oxide as requested. It costs extra, but for those extractions it was well worth it. The top denture was fine from the start, but the lower gave more problems. That is typical, I understand, and they did work through the problems with me over the period of a couple of months. I wasn't always cheerful, but they were. The dentist was awesome! She was super patient and considerate! The lady at the front desk and the lady who did the X-rays were SO RUDE though it was ridiculous! Minus them the experience was great!! Dunn Ave location!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Aaro and crew @ university location. Fast, friendly, and efficient. I was mentally traumatized every time I used to consider going to the dentist until I found this place. I’ve had multiple teeth pulled, bone grafting, stitches etc and will continue to use this place for all my dental needs. I highly recommend this place. They make you feel right at home and get the job done. Thank you guys so much!
Had to have a tooth extracted. Out of everyone I called the university office was more than willing to help! Dr. Arrow was extremely nice and comforting during the whole procedure. I would definitely recommend going to them.
