RecommendedThe refinance was so easy and smooth. Gena handled everything and more. I have closed with other companies in the past and it was not a good experience. Jacksonville Title and Trust was great and there was not any problems. Gena was outstanding and is still helping me after the fact with my portability on my homestead which I would never have known about if she had not recommended it. It reduced my monthly payment by almost $400!!! That is definitely 5 STAR treatment!!!
