Jake is a great guy and good at what he does. He stayed on top of things the entire time. It was a pretty quick and painless process. There will always be hiccups because it takes several people/departments to cross the T's and dot the I's but Jake kept us apprised every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend. He has a laugh that makes everything you say seem actually funny and important. Very professional individual. The first interaction I had was after 9 p.m. which was already a surprise to me how available he made himself for my convenience. Also worth noting, I had 40 minutes to get approved to make an offer on my house, and he made it happen when a bank told me it would take at least a day.
