With Jacob we received a much lower rate and costs from the competitor we initially started with. He provided a program the last lender did not think of to provide additional benefits. We received a higher appraisal value over last lender which also allowed us to remove MI! Then Jacob referred us to Synovus who was able to help secure you an additional Line of Credit for free to help with future renovations. We were able to close in just 3 weeks I highly recommend using Land Home Financial!
