Yes. First of all I want to just say that Jacob and his team are not just good ,they are above expectation. I had a risky morgage whith high interest an a balloon that I needed to get rid of it, i tried severeal times with other btokers but since my loan was kind of sort of complicated because i had this loan under a LLc and i needed to transfer onto my name in addition , this was a small loan and other lenders did not really want it to doit due to small cut foe the broker.
