Yes. First of all I want to just say that Jacob and his team are not just good ,they are above expectation. I had a risky morgage whith high interest an a balloon that I needed to get rid of it, i tried severeal times with other btokers but since my loan was kind of sort of complicated because i had this loan under a LLc and i needed to transfer onto my name in addition , this was a small loan and other lenders did not really want it to doit due to small cut foe the broker. Jacob was fantastic. Even with a slight hiccup due to the processor he managed to do a months worth of work in a couple days to get us to close on time. He’s an amazing guy and would recommend him to people and already have bragged to people about how easy he and his team made getting a house was. Which I used to think was the hardest thing I could ever do.

The communication was constant! If we had a question Jacob was there to answer it and give us his advice everytime and we were first time home buyers so we had a lot!
