I am a first time home buyer and was with another lender and they were taking so long and no communicaton the seller was giving me a cancelation notice. Then my realtor contacted Jacob and he saved the home for me. We closed in a little over a week. There was great communication and he helped me understand the prosses. They go above and beyond, I transferred lenders halfway through my home purchase and couldn’t have been happier in doing so. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable; he got me set up with the loan that was best for me and always explained my questions thoroughly.
