Bridgette and Gina were great to work with. Gina helped me throughout my property search, and Bridgette was amazing to have throughout the purchase process. They were both great advocates for me throughout this process, always realistic about every property we viewed, and great at communicating and being available.
Gina Cunningham helped me find the house to fit my needs. She was immediate with communication and attention to all my questions as I waited nervously for results. Bridgette attended the closing and helped keep me informed on what to expect. Love this team!
Bridgette and Eva are one in a million. We will definitely use them again if we are looking for another home. They understood our needs and took care of us even with the big headache we had.
She responded quickly to our emails and texts about looking at houses. She was very helpful with the whole process and would recommend her. She met with us during the inspection and explained details like the house survey vs the boundary survey and really helped us make our minds up of which one we really needed and not spend too much extra money.
Bridgette and her team was very helpful during the whole searching and buying process. They always fit me into their schedule to look at properties extremely fast and at times that were most convenient for me. She set me up with a great title group and mortgage loan company. I would highly recommend her and her team for anyone looking to buy a home.
The deal took a little long. But it wasn't her fault. It was because I was buying a forclosed house from an auction dealer. She adived me it's a great area and sh was correct. Already the.county apprased my house 25% more than what I bought it.
Bridgette was great. We saw every home that matched my criteria in 2 days. I only wanted one home and with Bridgette's advice I got it. Very helpful and attentive.
