Dr. Jacobus and his staff are truly amazing! Two generations of our family have been under the professional care of this wonderful team; our sons had their care back in 2003, and I began mine in 2017. We are all very happy with the care we received throughout the years. Dr. J truly cares about his patients and is dedicated to giving all patients their best smile. The office is a fun place to be. Very low wait time. The staff is a delight to interact with. The team makes sure that in addition to their outstanding orthodontic care, they make the total experience there exciting with raffles, contests, themed dress-up days, and more. They constantly show their appreciation to their patients. I always look forward to my appointments, as it brings me joy to soak up all of the positivity Dr. J and the team emanates. They always make you feel special, and that you and your care is of the upmost importance. My two sons love the results they got from their treatment. I am absolutely thrilled with my new smile! So impressed with my boys smile! Dr. J and staff are top notch. I loved that our appointments were always on time and done quickly. And they always tried their best to work around our school and baseball practice schedule. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
