Jacobus Orthodontics did a wonderful job on my son’s smile!! I’m so pleased and thankful for the work Dr. Jacobus has done. It truly has done great things for his self esteem and confidence. The office staff were always kind, accommodating and efficient. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking orthodontic care.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. as a returning patient, the office was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. having spent $5000 at this facility you would think they would be more kind. Jacobus was disrespectful and rude when I didn’t mention that my retainer was rubbing my mouth when I already told the lady and she said she would tell me. NEVER returning to this place even if I need a new retainer. This was not the first time he has been rude either. Vakani is much better. Good luck.
After my mom's recommendation, I brought my daughter to Dr Js office for her braces and I couldn't be happier. It's a bit of a drive but worth the investment. I feel confident in they're care for her, the office staff is awesome and we are so excited for her journey to a new smile. 😀
Got my braces off about 3 years ago. Love the staff, they took excellent care of me when I was a patient. Dr. J is very skilled, and I highly recommend choosing this off if you plan on getting braces for you or your child!
I was a patient with dr. j and it was a very pleasant experience. He made the adjustment appointments very easy and quick. Staff on site are very welcoming and nice. I had an over bite and pretty crooked teeth and they got me looking perfect in 1 and 1/2 years! I wouldn’t recommend any other orthodontists in the area other than dr. j. The building is very clean and well organized with appointments and payment plans.
