My daughter had an appointment today to get a new retainer set. I was beyond impressed in the 40 minutes that I was in the office!! Each of the patients who were seen in that time frame were in & out within 15 minutes, as were we, once we completed our initial paperwork. The staff were all professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Jacobus was very professional, yet very personable with all of his patients, and their parents. The patients all seemed very much at ease and genuinely comfortable with all of the staff, and Dr. Jacobus. 5 Stars!!!!
