From the beginning Tao was really attentive and constantly kept great communication through out the whole process. He had great communication with me through calls, emails, and text and he responded quickly. He kept us well informed and was very welcoming. He also did a great job to create rapport with us and encourage us to ask questions if we did not understand.
Jacque guided me with excellence and experience throughout my home buying process. She was knowledgeable about the areas I could afford and I had complete confidence in her. I still can't believe I'm a homeowner again!
She made the whole buying experience enjoyable! We were first-time homebuyers at the time and she never made us feel rushed or pressured, allowing us to take our time to view homes and make offers. She is great, I will go back to her if I want to buy another house. After the first meeting she new what I wanted, she always communicated, she was on time on every appointment. She knows a lot of people in the business which is really good when you competing with other buyers. She spoke tome from heart.
I would highly recommend Jacque to anyone who needs a real estate agent. It was apparent from the beginning that she cared about my needs and my family home. She took great care in listening to me, putting everything together, and was very professional throughout the process. Working with Jacque was amazing. We met her through a listing we were interested in and from the moment we met her she was always honest, just as fast and eager as we were and she didn't back down.
