We just had our initial contract signing for our remodel with *****. He was very professional and relatable. He showed us everything up front about what we were purchasing and offered options to fit our budget. I'm hoping that the rest of the staff do just as a wonderful job.

The rep. ******* was very detail-oriented. She is very knowledgeable about the materials used in the project and her samples were just what I had in mind for my design.

Jacuzzi remodeled my shower and left me with a bathroom cabinet that you can not use the drawers on and a shower bench that fills up with water every time you shower as well as finish trim that look like a 3 year old did the install my wife and i trusted the job would be completed in a professional manor and when we called with our concerns no proper solutions were offered I was asked if i could move the cabinet that is built in

Be cautious dealing with this company!! I signed a contract on 05/21/2025 with salesman to have bath to shower remodel in the amount of $13,976.00 with a $1,000 deposit. Tried to get ***** of salesman a few days after to request a change to shower door and shower type. He never returned my call. Did recieve a call from Sales Manager 10 days later after numerous requests made and finally threatening to cancel contract. ****** to changes and agreed to pay an additional $916. Look, their installers, were fine, their salesman was overboard and yes I paid ****** dollars for a bathtub that retails for about 900 after checking. My real issues are plenty and well I am currently really disabled. I cant recall things, conversations. H*** I can never find my keys or remember where I am going, to the point I got lost about a block from my house on a dog walk. Never the less, as I am getting into my jacuzzi bath 30 hours after install, little pieces of black gasket come flying out the jets. Well maybe two ... read more

The 2 day job that took 1 month to finish. It started out well until they went to install the door for the shower. It was not measured **rrectly and was too large. Jacuzzi NEVER called our mother to explain was they were going to to do or were doing? ( Mom is 92) after a week I called Jacuzzi. I was told they were trying to figure it out its a door not rocket science. After 2 weeks and multiple calls to them they told me the glass door **mpany would be **ming out. On Sept. 9, 2024 they assured us that their system was an interlocking system using a J track that was watertight. He said there was no need for caulk.The tub/shower was installed on Oct. 23, 2024. As they were putting up the walls, I noticed gaps. I asked the installer how they were going to cover the gaps. I mentioned what the salesman had said. The installer said they were going to be caulked. The complete opposite of what the salesman sold us. We were extremely disappointed! We called Jacuzzi and talked to the operations... read more

I had comfort shower jacuzzi do walk in shower. There never was never a leak . During the copper pipe the gentle man went to his truck and got silver looking coupler to connect to the brass copper fitting *** now I have a leak. This problem was not resolved. Therefore I find the commitment to service and warranty to be dishonnest.
