Jaguar in Fife Wa has “Great” customer service in their Service Department! I hope they don’t change! Three months later new review: my representative was lazy on communicating the status of my car. I asked for an estimate to get other things fixed, she decided it was best to wait until the car got on the shop floor before doing it—which would have been fine—if it didn’t take them 5-6 weeks to repair! My husband was kind enough to take my car in for service today. It was our first time taking our vehicle to this location and it will be the last. The car needed an oil change and an alignment. There was no communication throughout the process and after waiting for over three hours, my husband went to the desk to inquire how much longer it would be. I called at least 15 times today to try and get a part ordered- from 10AM-1PM no one could even answer the phone. The only person i was able to get ahold of was the receptionist, who I am pretty sure ignored more than half of my phone calls (Amanda). Transferred to GM, no answer. Emailed parts department and got a reply saying they could not help me and that I needed to call the parts department for help. I have no idea how this company makes any money or helps anyone when they cannot even answer their phones.

The purchase of a new F Pace was completed flawlessly with Charles. Charles exhibited a personal and professional demeanor throughout the entire process and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Likewise, my interaction with Shineé provided me with a positive outlook of the Service Department and that I could be assured of a satisfactory outcome should an issue arise.
