RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about Dr Shin and his team! I knew going into his office I would need A LOT of work done. He’s done a fantastic job at explaining everything very thoroughly and making sure I am very comfortable with all the work being done. Dr Shin and his team are very supportive and patient if you suffer from Dental Anxiety like I do. The Netflix is a huge plus, too!
I have just begun going to True Dental. Dr. Shin and his staff are courteous and professional throughout the process. Dr. Shin explains everything to you and there are no surprises when the bill comes. They sit down with you to explain the costs involved when you need work beyond the twice annual cleanings. i had a great experience here. It was beautiful and made us feel comfortable. They had drinks for my child and a movie when we walked in. Than when it was time for my teeth cleaning, they help entertain my two year and had toys and even you tube on the screen for him! so awesome! the girl that cleaned my teeth was so sweet and so patient. She took the time to explain everything to me and the dr did too! he was awesome! thanks again :)
My husband and I are both new patient’s at True Dental and we are so happy we chose this office! We have both had a our first appointments with Dr. Jai Shin and we were impressed! They took X-rays, pictures and their dental assistants were amazing during our cleanings. Always made sure you were comfortable and you can watch Netflix! After the cleaning, Dr. Shin explained all the pictures of my teeth so I could understand what needed to be fixed vs. what could wait due to my pregnancy. Very thorough! This place is wonderful! Great place if you don't usually like the dentist.
Dr. Shin and his staff is extremely friendly and gentle. Being able to watch Netflix while getting a clean is also a good bonus ! I now love going to the dentist 🦷😄
I’ve been trying to find a new dentist for a long time, finally found a place where I feel comfortable. Dr. Shin explained in detail my procedure, cost and how long it will take. From my very first visit I knew I have found the best. Great office, staff, so modern and clean. I already made an appointment for my son and telling everyone how great Dr. Shin and his staff are. Did I mentioned I got to watch a movie and a warm blanket was placed on me while getting my dental work done?! Truly a great dental experience.
From day 1 Dr Shin and his staff made me feel welcomed and valued. I never liked going to the dentist but now I have no issues. I really feel Dr Shin has my best outcome as his focus. Thanks to you all . Blessings
