I'm sure it's not Jaime's fault but the communication between our construction and financing was non existent at time which if you were a traditional loan I understand but kb Homes is one company so there should be a little bit better communication between KB construction and KB home loans.

Jaime was helpful throughout and kept us informed for the most part. There was a discrepancy with an initial cost to closing, but Jaime took control of this at our behest and had it closer to expectations when it was time to sign and close. She has been great!
