I greatly appreciated how straightforward the process was and how transparent Jake was. Jake offered us the best rate for our refinance and did not take too much of my time. Other places kept me on the phone for long periods getting the information they needed only to come back with high rates. Jake sent me links to forms I could easily and quickly fill in myself and got back quickly with a written quote. When I did have questions, he responded quickly.

Your service is great, no question about that! But your website may improve somewhat particularly dealing with multiple-property cases. for example, on home page, there is no indicator for each property if there is pending tasks, so I had to check them one by one. I also had issues when paying appraisals: your site has no function to reuse same card for multiple appraisal payments. Best,
