The bartenders (Colin? and Kelli) were great and delivered wonderful service. The kitchen messed up my food order. I explained to the manager that it was incorrect. He went back to correct it, and delivered my order incorrectly a second time. I explained the situation to the bartender and she corrected it. Third time was the charm, but it was annoying. Everything else was great. Awesome selection of games to watch, lively staff and clientele. I really enjoy visiting this JnJ's location.

Went to watch some games for March Madness and got exactly the experience we were looking for. Half priced wings on Mondays is a great deal, other apps were superb, and whatever their in-house "Jake n Joes" Blueberry beer was was fantastic! Our waitress was super quick and friendly, and overall the restaurant did a great job of respecting social distancing.

Guests were being incredibly rude to the two employees at the host stand, yet they remained professional, polite, and courteous. My server wasn't the greatest. My guess is he was having an off night. Mediocre service is rare at this establishment. Food was great! Will return

Coworker outting
As ALWAYS, J & J’s was great. Met friends there to celebrate an engagement & we had a great time. Loved the new appetizer Pilgrim rolls & then went with my “go to” Buffalo chicken Mac n’ Cheese. Always great. Service was great as always & the managers there are all fantastic....

The food is always great at Jake and Joes. There were more people at the restaurant than I would have expected for a snowy night during a pandemic, but the restaurant does a great job separating people appropriately. I would definitely go back.
