We were seated immediately, in the area as requested. Our server was friendly, helpful, and a real asset to the restaurant. Our food was great. We will be back.
Service was great. Her name was Sam. Food was mediocre. Had heard good reviews. It’s just like any other chain.
I reserved a table at Jake N Joes on a very busy night and my reservation worked out easily and promptly when we arrived. Our waitress and servers were prompt and courteous. The food was prepared quickly and we weren't rushed to finish our meal. We enjoyed the atmosphere, having chosen a booth, which reduced the noise level, that was loud, throughout the time that we were eating. We enjoyed the restaurant experience, as first timers at Jake N Joes.
We sat outside in the sun which is just what we had requested. The waitress was a little slow in getting to us but we were in no rush. We ordered drinks and calamari to start. I was a little disappointed with the calamari in that I had want “Rhode Island” style, which we had had there before but the waitress never asked how we wanted it and we received plain fried with a rather ketchupy marinara. We have been here many times. It seems sometimes the summer help just isn't as good as we have come to expect. We had to ask for plates for our appetizer. We had to ask for extra napkins. just little things that we usually don't have to do. It was still good food and we did enjoy ourselves.

We really enjoyed our meal. Drinks were excellent as well
They advertise as a sports bar and do a very good job at it. Lots of TV's, broad menu, good food in good size portions, good service. We will return.
