The onion rings were the only thing we had that was okay. The nachos were cold and tasted as though they had been prepared in advance. Same with the grilled salmon that was on a Caesar salad. My husband’s onion soup was a disappointment. It was as though nobody took pride or an interest in what was being served. We’ll never go back

Server had poor English. Food description on menu left out items. Had to return dish which meant my meal came after my partner was finished. Compensation was only 15% off bill. Water glass dirty. Will not return.
Tried going back to Jake and Joe’s after a back service experience several months ago. Service still sucks and the food is only okay.
Had to wait as tables were not cleaned, got wrong food ( got fixed but it felt no one really cared ) ordered chipotle wrap but got Cerser wrap even after showing that to server she had to go and ask in kitchen, there were croton in wrap. Onion rings were old and over fried it’s special occasion and it got ruined Was one of our go to places for meals but now not sure
hostess was extremely rude upon arrival. Understaffed

Server was great. Ordered a burger came burnt 3 times in a row after ordering it medium rare, it was crispy. The manager told me they only serve meat “pink or not pink” which I’ve never heard of in my life. I work in the restaurant industry myself so I could tell he was full of it. That’s against restaurant code to not serve burgers to temperature. Shocked at how immature he was. I come in all the time and I’ve had issues with this miserable manager before.

We do however only cook our burgers Some Pink, No Pink, or Well Done. We cook our burgers on a flat top therefore cooking the meat is different than your standard grill. The food was cold, stale and frankly just bad. Sevice was shoddy but post covid seems everything is. Also the tables were dirty and sticky. Not going back
