Jake and Joes didn't honor the outdoor seating reservation that was made (they said they only take phone reservations for outdoor seating) but was able to seat us around the fire pit. It was a reservation we made that day so I guess they didn't have time to inform us. We just accepted it and it was an OK overall experience.
Service and food was very good. Value is questionable based on portion size.
Went to watch the Bruins playoff game with some friends. Service was quick and responsive. More TV's than you could count showing the game. Would definitely go back.
We have been to Jake and Joe's several times. The staff is amazing from the minute you walk in. The servers are very attentive and go out of their way to help you. The food selection is great and the food is delicious. It's great for lunch, a date and especially for a sports game! We he have already made plans to return again soon.
Good place, reservation was honored and table was set up for us. Our waitress was great. Food was good, beer selection good. The only downside was the music-way too loud. Could barely hear yourself talk. Since it was a Bruins Playoff game, no need for the music. Other than that, very good.
Perfect for a sports event
The outdoor deck is the place to be. Love it. Inside also provides a great sports feel.
My husband and I enjoyed watching the Bruins game at Jake and Joe's in woburn. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. We ordered the appetizer platter. The potato skins are amazing! The cheeseburger slides were good but the buffalo wings could have been much crispier. This was our 3rd time at Jake and Joe's and we will definitely be bsck!
We had a large party ( 9 people) and they were very accommodating. Their service was fantastic !
