James was always there to answer our questions and meet with us to go over paperwork. He made sure we understood everything and treated us like family.
He replied when we called at his earliest chance. He was honest and helpful. I believe he did what he could . I was glad that James helped walk us through the steps of buying our hose and do understand there's only so much he can do himself you need to rely on others in the home buying process
