My loan got really complicated at the end because I was working with my friend, a different loan officer at PRMI until she quit and went to a new company. At the end I was having 3 different people tell me different things or I'd get notified on the same thing 3 times. It just got messy at the end, but overall my experience was good, I'm happy to have the keys to our house now!

I had my account taken over from another member to James. I never got texts or phone calls of progress. I missed the heads up text of an email that needed my action and a heads up on timeline. With the previous I felt I was a client receiving a service, that went away when Paul left.
