Joe Swearingen did a phenomenal job getting us a cash-out refinance and reasonable rate for our home. Joe was very transparent every step of the way and provided me his cell phone in case I needed to send him a quick message and get a fast response in return. Our communications was great and I never felt lost at any time during the entire process. Even though we never met in person, Joe was also pleasant to speak with over the phone and I'm sure meeting him in person would have been a delight
