James was great to work with! He was super responsive and it seemed, to the best of my knowledge, that he did everything he could to help. My reasoning for not giving a 10 is, the closing process. When it came to the day of closing, no one could tell me when or what time until the night before. Which leaves both of us hanging and trying to explain what is going on and hoping work will let us do what we need to do. This may not be a "rate" thing. but it needs to be explained.
