Our loan process went smoothly, however, our original loan officer Mike left the company right before we closed and yet no one bothered to tell us he was leaving or that we would have a new loan officer. We called him one week before close to ask a question & he told us he was no longer with the company. Then we received random emails from Jim as our new loan officer and we never even once received a call from him before closing. It just seems highly inappropriate and somewhat unprofessional.
