Not James personally but State Farm has the worst customer service they gave me forced information and raised my policy without a warning

I have been with James Demmer State Farm for over 2 years. One of their agents calls me to set up an appointment to review my policy. I drove 45 minutes on Saturday to meet an agent and review the policy. And guess what I get ? A rude insult by an agent. My self confidence is shattered because I feel like trash after the way I was treated. I pay over $200.00 on average per month for my auto policy. I thought I was laying to secure my car but NO. I had my car insurance with them I was calling to make some change and remove a vehicle that had sold and they treated me badly they told me they called me in 10minutis and until the next day they returned the call. kuegi an agent fixed me not to call more than me what I'm bothering them. They have more important jobs than updating my policy. and the service of grisa malisimo
