I've worked with Jim twice, when we purchased our home, and again when we refinanced due to the ultra-low interest rates. He is absolutely great to work with. He was always available and quick to respond to my emails, clearly answered all of my questions, and kept me informed during the entire process. He made it so easy for us! I couldn't recommend him more!

Jim was amazing and answered every question i had. He made my first time buyimg a home very stress free and kept me updated for every change and future situations we dealt with. Great guy and very available as well. Sometimes would call me after hours or he was happy to answer my questions sometimes late at night.

During this pandemic, we never had to worry about slow responses or not receiving adequate service. In the middle of a pandemic, we were in the middle of qualifying to buy a house and lending companies we’re nervous about giving loans. We had gone through a different company to get prequalified. Then we went house hunting and found a house. When it was time to go to the underwriter, the requirements had changed and they denied us the loan. Jim was willing to look at our paperwork and thought he could help us. Even when things didn’t go the way we wanted, Jim kept us going and found a way to help us get our home.
