Jim and his crew worked very hard helping us secure a spot in the hometown for hero’s, getting us every penny they could possibly give us! They did such a great job where we didn’t have to bring anything to the table for closing! Such an amazing experience! Plus everytime we looked at a house Jim sent us the numbers! During this process, Jim was great. He was extremely helpful and very informative. He helped us at all hours and was very quick to reply. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about his whole team. Towards the end of our process, everything appeared to be pushed off u till the end. On the day of our signing we received paperwork to sign approximately 30 minutes before our final signing.
