Next day appointment, very professional staff and Doctor was amazing! Our 3 yr old loves him!!
Horrible doctor! I should have wrote this review years ago. He is very arrogant. Did surgery on my baby and removed her adenoids. She was a baby and he told me she was “puking like crazy” while she was in surgery. Very unprofessional!!! I never ever forgot this doctor! He made me feel so uncomfortable and so heartless, I never took her back! Do not let him touch your children!! Go somewhere else
If I could give zero stars I would! We waited 4 hours for my son to have tubes put in his ears. Why? The only excuse I could get is the surgery scheduler told us the wrong time. I asked why registration didn’t tell us we were early, the manager said because if someone else doesn’t show up the doctor can bump your son up. My infant son was going without food or a bottle and nap having woke up early to be there at a time that wasn’t necessary. Such a horrible experience, I went for my son's visit Dr coticchia came in asked if i knew why i was here which i did, he proceeds with the procedure tells me one thing &!walks out the room. He never came back in to answer any of my questions. Very disappointing dont waste your time.
I've always had great experience at sacred heart, I was very disappointed in this Dr. He tried telling me my daughter needed tonsil/adenoid removal with a vague explanation. Got frustrated when I asked questions and rushed me. I got a 2nd opinion and her tonsils are fine. So for more money and no actual medical reason he was willing to do surgery on my child.
I have been calling for 3 days to set up an appointment and have left several voice messages after being on hold for 20 minutes each time. "Messages received during business hours by our staff are addressed the same business day". If these idiots are too incompetent to answer the phone or return calls I have no confidence that they will be able to handle the billing.
I actually went to this doctor based on the reviews. I'm deeply disappointed. He is very condescending and always make you feel rushed. Any question you ask he will answer sarcastically like you are so stupid for asking. I hate going to his appointments. He charges tons of money and make you come frequently. It feels like a business. Always overbooked and waiting time can be over 30 minutes. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect. Very arrogant doctor.
