Jim and his team somehow eliminate the majority of closing costs, but the financial benefit is only part of the premium lending experience. They also take away much of the mystery and mayhem that can plague these transactions, using transparent and intuitive technology, timely phone calls and emails for quick updates and 'to-do's,' and lightning-fast document processing and underwriting. I don't know how they do it, but I'll recommend Jim Nuesslein to anyone I know who wants to refinance or buy.
