James was fantastic from start to finish. Throughout the process, he took the time to answer all questions no matter what he had going on or the time of day. He was even up into the early morning hours at one point to get paperwork together for us. Thank you, James, for your patience and your willingness to help!
James made this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. This was my first home purchase. I was stressed about everything. Both James and his assistant Beth were very reassuring and encouraging (dare I say "held my hand") through the entire process. James' knowledge of the ins and outs is most impressive. I trust him and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
