Send ya dog for xray check up and dies on table obviously to much sedation to an already panicked dog. You were negligible in the care of a perfectly healthy dog. You administered to much and the dog had a heart attack. On top of that you demanded payment before we even left scumbags. You should be sued for your incompetence I wonder how many other people you havendone this to. You dont need to sedate a dog for an xray.

Hi Damian, we are saddened to hear of the loss of your pet. We can't see any visits for you in our system for many years, and we're wondering if your booking was under someone else's name? We have tried to reach you without success. Would you please give us a call on 07 3807 4113 and ask to speak with Pagaen or Jen. Kind regards. James Street Vets
Huge thank you to the staff for there professionalism and empathy during a very upsetting day for my family having to put down our beloved 12 year old family dog Justice. They made sure we had our final goodbyes and showed such compassion for our dog.
its been a week and still no apology or explanation. My dog was euthanasied there on Thursday night and I chose the company I wanted her to go to for cremation. I was told they would call me when she was picked up Friday. on Saturday I rang the company, because I hadn't received a call. They advised they had never been contacted (No phone call, no message on their system)., they were really sorry and then contacted the vets to get it underway. I went to the vets that Saturday morning to see my girl one last time and the w... read more
I came with my cocateel and they didn't bother even have a look. Just a nurse sent sent me away. Very profesional. Vet didn't 3 en haveook. So I went to Logan Central /Dr Arthur Wo. He had a look and calm me down that it's just a shock after pain from falling off the purch. It was try. Next morning he was back to normal. Verry poor professional aproach will never go back or trust them with anything.
Please be so careful in 2017 I took my cat here and they had almost forced me to put my cat to sleep Only when he was purring in my arms did I fight the pressure and said no, they made me sign a form saying that I accept my choice to keep my pet alive was cruel, my cat lived. Today I find out my Neighbour puppy had gastritis and was also forced to put there puppy to sleep only for her partner to say no and get a second opinion their beautiful little puppy is happy and healthy after rest and fluids, I am curious as to how man... read more
I have been taking my dog to this clinic for the past 2 years. I have had multiple issues over the last six months with how some of the vets and front desk staff have conducted business, having them make multiple mistakes or being abruptly rude in regards to my dogs behavioural issues that we visit the clinic for. The most recent issue was an invoicing error where a script fee had been double charged to my account. I had not been contacted about this until the following time I visited to clinic for a script fill and they m... read more
Have to say your reception person who answers the phone was very unhelpful as if it was a burden that I should ring the business that's ok U obviously don't need future customers . With a receptionist like that u won't anyway . Good luck !
Got a quote for some surgery on our little dog, was $300 dearer than our local vet!!! Attempted to discuss with person on phone and they were nothing but rude.
Money hungry and extremely unhelpful. Will never recommend this practice to anyone.
