Cannot thank each and every staff member enough for such caring, compassionate and professional service. The time you spent getting Mate back on his feet is greatly appreciated. I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Extra special mention to Dr Pagaen for getting our boy back home to us twice in 7 months when he has been so sick. Highly recommended
These guys are great. We have three Foxies and three domestic short hair cats. They're always welcoming and supportive and are working hard to look after us during Covid-19.
My dog Marley had injured herself and I took her in for a check. Unfortunately the care she required was out of my price range so sadly we had to put her down. The staff were very comforting and considerate at such an awful time. Thank you so much for helping me, so sorry I couldn't give my Marley the care that she needed...
with the passing of my beloved dog Casey. The care given by the staff in Casey last breath of life was very supportive and caring. highly recommend this wonderful team at James St vet . Also today I received a sympathy card in the mail ,from the wonderful team . thank you all.xx

my staffy was lost after i went out and came back went nissing and the people found her took her to the vet and kept her safe and picked her up bring her back home safely
I picked up a lost, distressed dog in the storm last night. I phoned the vet ahead as it was after hours and they were waiting for us with a dry towel and open arms. Whilst the dog was microchipped she wasn’t registered so the owner couldn’t be tracked down. The clinic offered her treats, a bed and dinner for the weekend if needed and posted her details on fb. I took our girl in today for a red itchy as rash. she was prescribed some pills and new shampoo and conditioner. she smells good and hasnt scratched since her bath. staff are super friendly and make ur fur baby feel relaxed during consult. we have been going here for vaccinations but today was our first need for an unscheduled visit. could not be happier with the service we always receive.
