My beloved dog Inu had to be put down �The staff (especially the receptionist) were exceptional, they genuinely cared were kind and had awesome customer service. We had no insurance so they offered a payment plan to assist. They even sent a personalised card offering g their condolences. Big THANK YOU to all xx
Would just like to thank all of the staff at James street vet for all of your help & support. We have been bringing our dog Simba here for nearly 5 years, he has had a few different surgeries & many appointments here, we have always felt comfortable with our boy here & will always use James street vet hospital. A special thank you to Beth for all of your help with Simbas surgery over the last 2 weeks! Would definitely recommend this vet to anyone! Thank you again :)
Love the vets and staff, they are all so caring and loving towards all the animals that go to them, not that Mr Brown is impressed, but he has no choice, because we love and care for his health, as we should do as responsible pet owners.
My girlfriend and I took our dog here a few weeks ago. We found this practice to notbe expensive but the staff profession, knowledgeable and friendly. Although we live 30kms away I have every confidence in this vet and will be brining our pooch her on a regular basis. I would highly recommend.

Thankyou so much to Paegen and the team for looking after our special boy Cooper yesterday. We rocked up 30 minutes before they were due to close but not once did they complain but instead held it together for us at the hardest point saying goodbye to our boy. Over 3 hours after they were due to close the team was still absolutely amazing and supportive and we cant thank them enough xxxx
Fantastic service and sympathy my dog felt totally at ease and she left feeling comfortable and feeling much better. This morning back to getting to get normal happy self while been spoilt at the same time. Only thing she didn't like was she got to go on diet and lose about 1 kilo. �
