I think I explained it before. The underwriter cost us THOUSANDS of dollars because he/she was so inefficient and pushed our loan back for weeks asking for the same documents multiple times and not understanding what was going on. I am not sure. Maybe it was the first loan this underwriter had ever done. The underwriter had no clue what was going on and did a terrible job. Jami is the only reason we stayed with VanDyk Mortgage.
