I highly recommend Jamie Achberger. She is a master of negotiation. We ended up closing for $30,000 less than asking price. She was very patient with us, as we moved here from out of state. She worked to accommodate my wife and I, by showing us our dream home on a holiday weekend. Jamie answered all of our emails promptly and kept the entire process moving smoothly. I'm very glad we chose Jamie to help us buy our home.
