Will not use Van Dyke or Title one again. Most of the loan process was fairly simple and straight forward. High closing costs & our initial closing discloser numbers were significantly off from what we actually ended up with at closing, only 4 days later. When I asked why they were off, all I got was "it will change slightly because the days of interest that are prepaid are going to be less." -whatever that means.. thanks for taking the time to explain the numbers that didn't seem to add up to me.
