Jamie Schaefer has been an excellent partner and experienced supporter in this situation with my home re-finance. As we started the process, a terrible pandemic hit our world and our country and the markets crashed and became very difficult to navigate. Jamie did not give up on finding options and angles for me to succeed. He was tenacious in his pursuits to help me and in the end was able to couple together a program to help us reach our goals and safe us substantial money.
My refinance started right at the beginning of this COVID pandemic. There were many hurdles that Jamie and his team had to jump through to get this done for me. They were always on top of it and Jamie was constant communication with me. Michelle was quick to respond as well and very thorough in what she needed from me. This was no small undertaking and in the end I wound up with a great program that took care of all of our needs. Jamie is always professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!
