I have to be honest, we actually shopped around a few other lenders before we decided to finance with Jamie. (We were teased with some unrealistic rates and timelines for approval.) But boy am I glad we decided to do business with Jamie. She was able to answer our difficult questions without batting an eye. She kept us organized by sending out checklists of things for us to stay on top of, and she followed up with us after the loan as well. A totally professional experience all the way around.

We have used Jamie at least 4 times and she is always attentive and a great communicator. In a few of our situations, there was a time crunch and she made it happen smoothly. She is always friendly and very knowledgeable in sharing different options as well as working with us to look thoroughly at many scenarios. Many other lenders might have been frustrated or unwilling to put in the work, but not Jamie. She is an asset when purchasing your home. Highly recommend her!!!!

I normally have used a different lender in the past but because of the large down payment and high apr I decided to shop around some. Luckily, I found Jamie who actually worked with me to boost my credit score, reduce the down payment substantially and get a more favorable apr!
