Jamie is very personable. Meeting with you and CT at the beginning started off the process in a great spot for me. Y’all helped me analyze my properties which was beyond your job description. That meant a lot to me. I received good guidance in what is a new venture for me. Only complaints are the insurance quote given to me being incorrect (inapplicable as the roof wasn’t less than 5 years old so it wouldn’t qualify for that insurance) and then getting the wrong address sent to me for closing.
