This was our first time buying a home and did not know the process was so easy. Jamie contacted us within 24 or 48 hours and we met within a week. The communication was great throughout the transaction. I also felt like Jamie was on top of it from start to finish and this was why it was able to move through the process at a fast pace and ultimately close on time even though this one had a few hurdles. The electronically signing of the closing documents early leaving only the necessary ones to close in person at the closing was also an added convenience.
